| August | Email notification is
sent to Colleges/Universities requesting information for the
upcoming academic year (September enrollment) and directing
Colleges/Universities to file the annual report on the website. |

| October 15 | Deadline for completion of the annual report. |
| December | The Board determines full grant amount to be paid to the College/University program for the upcoming academic year. |
| December | Checks are mailed by December 31 for the upcoming academic year with a cover letter, the Terms/Guidelines document and foundation brochures. |
